Who we support
We support a wide range of charities and community groups; these can be small projects
that individual clubs have chosen to support, to larger national and international organisations. These are some of the charities that we are supporting during 2021-2022.
District Chairman Isabel has chosen to support YoungMinds during her term in office.

The crisis in children and young people’s mental health is real and it is urgent. More children and young people than ever before are reaching out for help with their mental health. But for those who take that brave step, help is much too hard to find.
We are changing this - but we can’t do it without the support of our amazing fundraisers. We are so appreciative of the support from District 5 Inner Wheel – the money you raise will go a long way in helping us fight for a future for all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges.
Without your help we would not be able to make an impact to the lives of children, young people and their families affected by mental health issues across the UK."

Julia Garden, Community Engagement Officer at YoungMinds had this to say:
"We are the UK’s leading charity fighting for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges. We’re here to make sure they get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life’s difficulties.

partnership with The Butterfly Tree and Medical Aid Films.
The focus will be to raise awareness of the need to
