….which became a beautiful day, when 14 happy members of the District 5 choir met for lunch in the lovely garden of Choir Leader, Liz Norris.
A glass of wine or fruit juice was served with platters of delicious petit fours - then a choice of Moussaka or Seafood pie - followed by an agonising choice between an amazing Raspberry Pavlova, yummy Chocolate Brownies and a sumptuous Fresh Fruit Salad - or all three !!!
This joyful gathering has become an annual event as we benefit from Liz’s (and Stuart’s) generous hospitality. We thank them both.
The District 5 choir will resume rehearsals in September - preparing for our Christmas concert and our performance at the Service of Thanksgiving in Manchester on the 10th. January.
Liz would love to welcome new members - the more the merrier.
