Independent Options (North West), based in Hazel Grove, held their Easter Fair at the end of April. Along with other organisations, Hazel Grove Inner Wheel set up their stalls, enticing fair goers to enjoy themselves (and spend their money!) The day was dry, warm and cloudy and the crowds arrived. Inner Wheel had set up a variety of stalls from cakes, cards and jewellery to guess how many sweets in a jar, find the treasure on a map and pick a stick.
We were able to raise £286 for a very worthwhile charity which works with children and adults with disabilities to achieve their aspirations and live life to the full. The organisation works with people who have learning difficulties, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs.
A great day, a great charity.
